1. Free Cancellation

  • Guests may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations must be made through the original booking channel or by contacting us directly.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

  • Failure to arrive at the pickup location on time or failure to participate in the tour for any reason is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

  • Leaving the tour early or choosing not to participate after departure does not qualify for a refund.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.

  • If conditions are deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.

  • In such cases, guests will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule for another available date

No additional compensation will be provided beyond the refund or rescheduling.

4. Operator-Initiated Cancellations

  • If the tour is canceled due to operational issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive:

    • A full refund, or

    • An option to reschedule

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Requests to change tour dates or participant details must be made at least 24 hours before departure and are subject to availability.

  • Changes requested within 24 hours of departure cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Any payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable where applicable.

7. Medical & Personal Reasons

  • Refunds are not provided for personal reasons such as illness, travel delays, missed flights, or change of plans unless covered under the free cancellation window.

  • We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
