By booking or participating in the 7 Islands Jet Ski Adventure – Phuket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking platform.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Prices are listed per person and include all items specified under “What’s Included.”

  • There are no hidden fees. Any optional extras not listed are excluded unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely via SSL-encrypted Stripe Checkout.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

  • The minimum age to operate a jet ski is 16 years.

  • Guests under 16 years old may participate only as passengers when accompanied by an eligible rider.

  • No prior jet ski experience or license is required.

  • All participants must be physically fit and able to swim.

3. Safety & Conduct

  • A mandatory safety briefing will be provided before departure.

  • All participants must follow the instructions of the licensed guide at all times.

  • Life jackets must be worn throughout the tour.

  • Reckless driving, racing, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

  • Alcohol, drugs, or intoxication before or during the tour are not permitted.

4. Tour Inclusions

The tour price includes:

  • Full-day (6–7 hours) guided jet ski tour

  • Professional, licensed English-speaking guide

  • Brand-new jet skis

  • Fuel

  • Safety equipment and life jackets

  • Insurance coverage

  • Drinking water

  • Hotel pickup and drop-off (where applicable)

5. Route & Itinerary Changes

  • The planned 7-island route includes destinations such as Khai Island, Rang Yai Island, Monkey Beach, Khai Nok, and Khai Nui, with additional scenic stops when conditions allow.

  • Routes may change due to weather, sea conditions, or safety considerations.

  • No refunds will be issued for itinerary adjustments made for guest safety.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

  • Tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.

  • If conditions are deemed unsafe, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled at the operator’s discretion.

  • In the event of cancellation due to weather or force majeure (including natural disasters or government restrictions), guests will be offered a reschedule or refund according to availability.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Insurance & Liability

  • Insurance coverage is included for all participants during the tour period.

  • Participants acknowledge that jet skiing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, or sea conditions.

  • By joining the tour, guests voluntarily assume all associated risks.

  • The operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

9. Health & Medical Conditions

  • Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to the tour.

  • This tour is not recommended for pregnant individuals or those with serious back, heart, or mobility conditions.

  • Participation is at the guest’s own discretion and responsibility.

10. Photos & Media

  • Photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless the guest requests otherwise in writing prior to the tour.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and participating in the 7 Islands Jet Ski Adventure – Phuket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
